Lots of our staff volunteer and help contribute to charity and as a company we are keen to support charities too. In particular we focus on charities who support mental health and you can find out more about that here.
SHINE Fund
The SHINE Fund supports service users of CNTW NHS Foundation Trust at their hospitals and those using their community services across the North East and Cumbria.
The fund supports the ‘little extras’ that are provided beyond core NHS funding and help support people’s mental health.
SHINE stands for Support, Hope, Inspire, Nurture and Empower and since being established has supported a range of things from improved gardens and gardening tools to horse rides and even Christmas decorations.
As well as supporting fundraising NTW Solutions also provides administrative support to the SHINE Fund including finance and accounting services.

PAGABO Foundation
The PAGABO Foundation supports the mental health of people who work in the construction industry.
It is an issue close to our heart because of our role in delivering major capital schemes for the benefit of those receiving mental health services from CNTW NHS Foundation Trust.
The Foundation works to raise the awareness of mental health in a sector where people have not traditionally been quick to discuss the topic.
We entered a team into the Feelgood Games which took place alongside a major construction industry event and our company board chair is a Trustee of the foundation.
