On a lovely warm May afternoon in Leeds, four members of NTW Solutions Capital Planning Team and five members of Sir Robert McAlpine tackled an army style assault course when they took part in the inaugural Feelgood Games 2022. 

The aim of the games was to show how regular exercise can improve your mental wellness.  The Pagabo Foundation, who sponsored the event, strive to unite key partners and players to tackle mental wellness head on.

The average suicide rate in the construction industry is four times higher than the national average.  Following recent research by the The Chartered Institute of Building, it was found that in 2019 26% of construction professionals thought about taking their own lives. 

The Pagabo Foundation aims to educate all construction employees in mental health first aid, allowing them to detect and help those who are experiencing difficulties at work.
