NTW Solutions undergo external audits on a regular basis to ensure the services we deliver are compliant and best practice in line with industry standards.

One of the audit recommendations was to adopt the Water Industry Approved Plumbers Scheme (WIAPS) for maintenance staff. The scheme is audited and managed by Northumbrian Water and following a visit by their representative Gary Henderson, it was mentioned at the meeting Marcus Morgan has possibly become the first NHS employee in the North East to be added to the scheme and achieve industry recognition.

This builds on our close links with Northumbrian Water and helps to promote high standards of water quality throughout all sectors. Mick Kirby was also in attendance and successfully completed his audit, Mick will be added to the register with other maintenance Staff in due course.
