Sarah Back is our NTW Solutions Individual of the Year!
Sarah is part of our Workforce team and colleagues say Sarah’s knowledge is second to none. She initially joined as an apprentice before moving up to becoming team leader in the Recruitment Service. Dedicated and diligent, she recently individually processed a large number of international candidates who have joined the Trust in the last 12 months. This involved liaising with different departments and external agencies to ensure their recruitment went smoothly. One colleague said it can’t be underestimated how much work this entailed for Sarah, on top of her day job. There are countless examples like this one. Others say Sarah impresses with her prompt feedback and guidance on the recruitment process. She is patient and always there to respond to new recruits.
The Reception Team at St George’s Park are our NTW Solutions Team of the Year!
Described as the heart of St George’s, colleagues say they don’t know how they would function without the reception team. No request is too much for them, always willing to help. The team have been praised for their commitment and dedication; if they don’t know the answer, they will find someone who does! The care they show to patients is second to none, sometimes having to deal with complex situations, which they do in a calming and supportive way. They are the first port of call when people come to St George’s Park and are always there to greet staff, patients and visitors alike with a smile.
