NTW Solutions has recently introduced paid leave for employees undertaking fertility treatments. This new approach acknowledges the challenges many face in their fertility journeys and demonstrates our commitment to being a great and inclusive employer.
Fertility treatments can be a time-consuming and emotionally taxing process, often requiring numerous medical appointments and procedures. Recognising this, our new policy policy offers paid time off to attend these critical appointments. This initiative not only supports the employee undergoing treatment but also extends to partners who accompany them, for up to three cycles of treatment.
This new protocol came out of our staff engagement work where we heard directly from staff who had been through the fertility process. We learned directly from their experiences what the policy should include and how it would work best. We are following in the footsteps of other UK companies, such as NatWest and Centrica, which have launched similar fertility policies.
