This important designation underscores our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment for individuals with disabilities and long term health conditions. 

As a Disability Confident Employer we work to increase the understanding of what disability is within our company and also challenge negative attitudes towards disability. We have worked hard to remove barriers to disabled people to remain in their roles or to begin their careers with us. Our aim is ensuring that all people have opportunities to fulfil their potential. 

We have a range of policies and processes in place to support people with a disability which allows us to draw on the widest possible talent pool when we’re recruiting. It also allows us to retain our  skilled and dedicated staff by ensuring that we can make reasonable adjustments to support them in the workplace.
