Our colleagues recently had a fantastic day representing NTW Solutions at the latest British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS) Jobs Fair, an event dedicated to supporting ex-military personnel and the wider Armed Forces community as they move into civilian careers.

Janet and Tom from our Estates team, along with Workforce Partner Nikki, attended the fair to showcase the wide range of opportunities available within NTW Solutions. They spoke with attendees about our estates roles and other vacancies, and highlighted just how valuable the skills gained through military service can be in our organisation.

From problem-solving and teamwork to working under pressure, many of the qualities developed in the Forces translate directly into the essential work our teams do every day. The event was a great opportunity to build connections, answer questions, and help people explore how their experience could open new doors in a civilian setting.
