Six years ago, NTW Solutions was established by Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW) to provide a range of important services. As a limited company, we have successfully built a commercial ethos onto our NHS values and now provide our services to other NHS organisations and beyond.

Over the past six years we have grown what we offer, both to CNTW, and elsewhere. We have had new teams joining the company such as digital dictation, car leasing, outpatient pharmacy, and our new town planning service.

We pride ourselves on our strong social purpose, not only are profits returned into the NHS to support patient care, but we’re working on delivering our green plan to tackle the climate and ecological emergency. We’re on a journey to tackle discrimination and champion equality as we strive to be a great and inclusive employer.

We’ve seen some challenges over the six years, not least facing the covid pandemic which was so difficult, but in so many ways brought out the best in our team. They continued to do their day job, delivered deep cleans in areas with outbreaks, as well as staffing the North East Nightingale hospital.

As we look ahead to the next six years and beyond, we know there will be more challenges but we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. We are committed to continuing to deliver high quality services to our customers while looking at new services we could offer.
