NTW Solutions is proud to work with Choices College to give young people work placements which help them build independence and gain practical skills for future employment. Choices College is a specialist college providing tailored educational support, and a supported internship course for young adults aged 16-24 with learning difficulties and or disabilities, and  or Autism.

NTW Solutions works in partnership with Choices College to provide work experience placements in areas such as catering, administration, retail, and facilities management. These placements are tailored to suit students’ interests and abilities, giving them valuable exposure to the workplace and helping them develop new skills.

The collaboration has a positive impact on students by equipping them with real-world experience and fostering their independence. NTW Solutions are delighted to provide the placements and teams find it hugely rewarding to work with alongside the young people who bring energy a fresh perspective into the workplace.
